5. Treat other members with courtesy and respect when posting messages to the forums. No unnecessary name-calling or abuse toward any member is allowed.
6. Please avoid shouting (using all capital letters) in the discussion forum.
7. Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other members in the forums. Do not libel or defame others. We strongly disapprove such behaviour.
8. When you post content in our forums and on our message boards, you permit us to display and distribute the content, and to use it for advertising and promotion. You grant us the complete, perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis.
9. Membership Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: You agree not to use any confidential information given to you by your fellow members, for any purpose other than that which they have permitted you to use it for. You agree not to disclose any confidential information given to you by your fellow members except in circumstances where the fellow member has permitted you to do so.
'Confidential Information' means any information disclosed by either party ('disclosing party') to the other party ('receiving party'), either directly or indirectly, in writing or orally, which is designated as "confidential," "proprietary" or some similar designation. Confidential information may also include information disclosed to a disclosing party by third parties.
10. We have a 'no tolerance' policy regarding fraud. We will report any attempted fraudulent dealings to the relevant authorities. Credit card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet.
11. Force Majeure: Neither party ("party" refers to GASPPO and its members) will be liable to the other party on account of any loss or damage resulting from any delay or failure to perform all or any part of this agreement if such delay or failure is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control and without negligence of the parties.
We do not try to edit or monitor messages posted on the discussion forums, but we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not us. Violators may be permanently banned from using the forum, or have their subscriptions terminated.
