As a GASPPO member, you're entitled to receive the following member privileges throughout the lifetime of your membership. Unlike most associations, we will not charge you extra for any of these privileges. All of these privileges are included in your annual membership fee.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #1: Weekly Open Q&A and Laser Coaching Clinic

This is your weekly opportunity to have your challenges and 'stuck spots' resolved, and also get answers to any other specific questions you may have. For 60 minutes each week, up to two advisors will be waiting to answer your questions and laser-coach you on narrowly-defined issues. Our members phone in, expecting on-demand answers to situational questions. You don't have to announce your full name or the name of your practice when you call (unless you want to), and you can choose to ask your questions anonymously. Even when you don't have a question to ask, you'll gain from phoning in to listen, because an idea, insight, tool, strategy or tactic that you may not have thought about may be mentioned or discussed. Or, it may be that you don't yet feel comfortable asking a certain question, but someone with a similar challenge as yours is being coached... you can benefit from listening. Other times, it may be that someone has a simple inquiry that changes your focus. We sometimes invite a guest luminary to join us in serving you during these sessions. To protect member privacy and preserve confidentiality, these sessions are not recorded.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #2: Monthly Rainmaker Paragon Series

This interview-on-CD series enables you to listen in on conversations with business leaders and owners of successful professional practices. These are rainmakers who have ethically built very successful professional practices on their own terms, and following their own way. They've achieved mentor status through their excellence in their respective fields. During each interview, we pick the featured rainmaker's brains about what worked, what didn't work, their business structure and model, the systems they used, their mistakes, their pet peeves... and lots more. The series is designed to educate, equip and empower. You'll benefit from the experiences of the featured rainmaker. A different interview-on-CD is shipped to you every month, and a downloadable version is also posted online in our password-protected Member Zone.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #3: Monthly Expert Webinar Series

This series comprises web-based, tutorial-style presentations, covering proven and immediately applicable strategies and tactics from experts in the areas of business development, marketing, practice management and personal growth. Each webinar focuses on one narrow topic explained in detail, with a step-by-step approach and examples included where applicable. You will not get a fluffy, broad-sweeping overview. This is so that you master one method at a time, instead of having brief or little information on numerous techniques in one session. This audio-visual series is posted online in our Member Zone for you to download every month.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #4: Monthly printed newsletter: Practice Owner Gazette

This monthly newsletter occasionally includes contributing experts, but it is primarily published with a "by members, for members" theme. It is yet another opportunity for you to spotlight your practice, feature your upcoming events and share methods that have worked for you (and your practice) with fellow members, through how-to articles and interview-style case study columns. Practice Owner Gazette provides "how-they-did-it" business case studies, lifestyle tips, special offers and success stories.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #5: Ongoing participation in our Mastermind & Referral Circle

This facilitated member privilege is structured in a way that helps you simultaneously garner different perspectives, and actively gain referrals, from your peers and colleagues. Most practice owners lose traction when it comes to implementation and managing project details. Having a knowledgeable, yet not directly involved peer group to explore matters with, and bounce ideas off, is a life-enriching experience that can significantly increase your business and personal growth. In fact, this concept is critical in your journey to the next level. And, getting referrals is valuable to your lead generation activities, as clients are the lifeblood of your practice. In a small group of no more than ten practice owners, you'll meet primarily over the phone (and in person, where possible) with your fellow members, who will serve as your results-focused and objective board of advisors and referral partners. The group will be facilitated by your Circle Leader (a fellow member). Your Mastermind & Referral Circle will serve as a safe space, where you can expect to:

• Share details about the personal and business challenges you're facing, as well as the rewards you're gaining
• Celebrate your milestones and get encouraged to do more
• Bring issues and opportunities into the group spotlight for support
• Get referrals because everyone in the group is rooting for your success, and would also like you to return the favor
• Be challenged for high performance, productivity and efficiency, so that you're continuously at your peak
• Buddy up with another practice owner within the group, to help each other stay on track in between meetings
• Be held accountable
• Share confidential information because every GASPPO member signs a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement when they apply for membership
• Be in a competitor-free environment
• Learn and grow with others who have experienced and overcome common obstacles
• Communicate in between your structured monthly meetings

The collective experience of a group is a valuable source of wisdom which, otherwise, would have to be developed from scratch. At the core of how each GASPPO Mastermind & Referral Circle group operates is this 3C-Culture: Confidentiality, Commitment, Collaboration. Your Mastermind & Referral Circle is an opportunity to get other minds working with you, and harness the collective power among your peers, in a structured and methodical setting.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #6: Quarterly live Expert Panel Themed Q&A Roundtable

This is a live 90-minute interactive session with a panel of up to four luminaries. A theme in the form of a narrow discussion topic is chosen from one of the following areas: generating clients, retaining clients, practice management, mindset, manifestation and success. Prior to the session, you'll be reminded to submit your questions, plus you'll get the opportunity to also ask questions live. This member privilege serves as a think-tank to help you get different viewpoints from the panel and other participants, in order to continuously reach your business objectives, nurture your success mindset and manifest your personal goals, faster, easier and with less effort. You'll also benefit from people sharing non-conventional ways to implement certain techniques. Sometimes, we include handouts or action guides, which are distributed just before the roundtable. This quarterly roundtable is held on the second Wednesday in January, April, July and October. It is recorded and posted online for you to download from our password-protected Member Zone.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #7: Annual one-on-one Action Strategy Session

This is a super-charged 30 minute session that occurs annually to ensure that you remain focused, stay on track and hit your business and personal targets. Your blind spots will come to light, and you can also expect to eliminate barriers. We've chosen coaches who are exceptional at what they do and have learned from the best, as we believe it is essential to have a coach who is open, vested in you, approachable, and tells it as it is, while having a wealth of experience in the areas that you need help with. You can use your one-on-one Action Strategy Session however you choose to. For example you may choose to:

• Get feedback regarding plans for something new
• Voice out challenges you want resolved, but prefer not to mention in a group
• Discuss your personal and business progress
• Seek direction on filling in the gap between your current reality and your future goals
• Get a second opinion about a certain matter
• Brainstorm ideas for rewarding your team
• Or chat about anything else you feel like talking about…

It's your space, and your time, with your coach! Although everyone's circumstances are different, there's a common theme to these sessions... it's the question of "what next?" The ultimate purpose of your strategy session is for your coach to help you determine where you are now (regarding whatever you seek guidance on), and advice you on the next-level step to take, that is right for you and your situation. Your Action Strategy Session will be completely private and confidential. If you become a GASPPO member between January and June, your one-on-one session will be in September. If you become a member between July and December, your one-on-one session will be in January.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #8: Access to our continuously updated Resource Center

This is an arsenal of valuable resources in the form of special reports, book chapters from bestsellers, rolodexes, templates, checklists and articles, on the topics of business, lifestyle and personal growth. These are hand-picked in order to avoid fluffy material and ensure top quality. We've selected resources that have a focus on providing tools and techniques to help you in business and in life. This is a members-only calendar where you can post details of your own upcoming events, in order to gain exposure and get attendees. You can also have a look at forthcoming virtual and in-person events hosted by fellow members, and keep up to date with imminent GASPPO activities. In addition to this online version, a shorter printed version of this calendar is included in our monthly members-only newsletter, Practice Owner Gazette, for double effect.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #11: Access to and listing on our searchable Member Directory

Only other members have access to this directory of elite small professional practice owners. You can gain visibility by listing your practice and adding your profile. You can also connect with other members through searches by location, by industry, by name and by type of practice. This makes it easy for new members to find you, and enables you to network online and offline. Remember, your fellow members can become your clients, partner with you, introduce you to influential key players and send referrals your way.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #12: Access to our Member Discount & Offer Vault

This is where you'll find ongoing exclusive members-only discounts and special offers from vendors, suppliers and other companies we've partnered with to bring you products and services that you may need or want for business and personal purposes. Our partnership with premier companies brings you great deals on a wide range of things, from business coaching programs and restaurants for family celebrations to indulgences for your personal care. The Member Discount & Offer Vault is updated regularly, and you'll be notified of updates. As our list of partnerships grows, so does your investment! Your membership card details will be required when acquiring these products and services. This privilege is accessible only if you remain a member after 60 days of joining, as this is also when you'll receive your membership card. We have this policy in order to maintain exclusivity to our members, so that in the unlikely event that anyone decides to withdraw their membership after the 60-day money-back guarantee period, then they won't continue to enjoy our members-only privileges.

MEMBER PRIVILEGE #13: Access to our members-only Collaborate & Soar Message Board

The sole purpose of our Collaborate & Soar Message Board is to serve as a platform for connecting members to each other for a win-win collaboration that results in mutual business benefit. MEMBER PRIVILEGE #14: Permission to display your Membership Logo

As GASPPO membership is selective, not every small professional practice owner qualifies. If you've met our eligibility requirements, you can promote the power of your membership by displaying your "I am a member" logo on your marketing materials (e.g. web site, brochure, letterhead, business card etc.), to boost your credibility in the marketplace. This privilege is granted only if you remain a member after 60 days of joining, as this is also when you'll receive your membership card. We have this policy in order to ensure that only existing members display their membership logo.

Once you apply for membership and get accepted, your membership will be activated. Then, you'll have instant access to our password-protected Member Zone, where you'll get guidance on how to obtain and make the most of the member privileges and complimentary bonuses listed above. Your New Member Orientation Kit will also be mailed to the address you provide in your application. Depending on your geographical location, you'll receive this within 7-14 working days.
