In the spirit of goodwill, we allow you to test-drive the membership for 60 days. If for any reason you decide not to continue your membership within 60 days of joining, we'll refund 100% of your membership fee with no questions asked, and you won't need to return anything we've already sent out to you.

GASPPO charges you one annual fee for the entitlement to receive all your membership privileges throughout the year. This enables you to budget accurately for the investment you make in yourself, your future and that of your practice by becoming a member. Unlike many other associations, we won't keep making you pay extra for every single time we provide the education, motivation, inspiration and resources you need to take your practice to the next level. You'll make one payment and enjoy all member privileges for an entire year with no hidden costs or nasty surprises. Any products and services we may introduce to members in addition to the member privileges are typically occasional offerings from our partners or one-off programs we create at the request of members.

We are protective of our members. We have guidelines that dictate which mentors and experts we put in front of you and what products and services we introduce to you. We do not get involved in the practice of bombarding our members with promotions that serve us at their expense. At GASPPO, one of the dictums we live by is "integrity before profits." In an effort to ensure that we do not associate with partners that we cannot trust to be of service or add value to our members, we have created GASPPO Watchlist and GASPPO Blacklist. The task of keeping and updating these records has been designated to someone in our team. That's how serious we are about protecting your interests. We also won't think twice about cancelling anyone's membership if they do not adhere to our membership principles, policies and conditions. This enables us to deliver on our promise to you of ensuring that certain standards are maintained when it comes to the kind of members we welcome.

We have made every effort to ensure that you hear a live voice and not a voicemail message when you call our office. Our services are designed particularly for owners, even though non-owner leaders of a practice may find a GASPPO membership invaluable. Owners bring a different kind of commitment level and passion to a practice, and therefore have certain requirements we provide. For our members, the benefit of our Founder-only environment is that they are networking with the highest-ranking decision-maker of the practice, and can therefore move things at a quicker pace when it comes to business deals, alliances and partnerships. It also means they can expect fellow members to be able to share experiences regarding the typical challenges faced by an owner of a small professional practice.
